The University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ has been celebrating Hispanic heritage for years. As a new Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), the university's HSI directors reflect on the importance of the value of servingness.

As the University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ embraces its recent designation as a Hispanic-Serving Institution, this Hispanic Heritage Month holds special significance. Through the voices of a diverse campus community, ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ celebrates the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and meaningful contributions that Hispanic and Latine individuals bring to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½. This month, and through the HSI designation, serves as a testament to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½’s dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where Hispanic and Latine students feel seen, supported and empowered to succeed.
