Greeley Day at the Capitol Returns

Cubs Temporarily Roaming, Learning Among Bears on Campus
Along with the thousands of students learning on the University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€™s campus this year, there are about 125 of them that look a little different. If you’ve seen them walking through buildings or playing on Gunter Green, you may have noticed they're about half the age of a typical ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ student and their peals of laughter are an entertaining and welcome reminder of just how much fun school can be.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½’s Fall 2022 Commencement Ceremonies, Dec. 9-10
The University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is hosting its fall commencement ceremonies on Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10. Approximately 927 students will graduate this fall with around 526 earning bachelor’s degrees and around 401 earning a master’s specialist or doctoral degree.

Graduate School Showcasing Student Research at Fall Symposium
Graduate students from the University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ are putting their scholarly skills on display during the fall 2022 Graduate Research Symposium on Tuesday, Dec. 6. This year’s symposium is the first of its kind, combining the university's biannual Graduate Research Evening with its second annual Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Foundation Welcomes New President
After a national search launched earlier this year, the University of Northern ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Foundation has selected Tony Troxell as its next president. Troxell, who officially stepped into his role on Sept. 16, will be responsible for the overall management of Foundation activities including gift acceptance, distribution of gifts to the university, and investment management.
